Christmas with no kids around

Well fellow bloggers, I suppose you are all exhausted from all your Christmas Shopping, cooking, baking, wrapping gifts.  I am wide awake sitting here blogging while my husband watches that charming movie, “Space Balls!”  Okay, I know I’ve bragged him up a bit, but sometimes he’s not so perfect.  lol!

We don’t have any Christmas lights up, but the cat has some in his outside space.  There isn’t any point when you don’t have kids at the house, they won’t be visiting because they don’t live close by.  We are having Christmas Dinner out so we don’t even have a turkey cooking tomorrow.  We are cooking a Birthday Dinner the next day though so maybe we’ll decorate the whole house in birthday stuff.  He usually has his birthday with Christmas stuff all over, so this year will be different.

I do wish you all a very Merry Christmas!  I am not really a humbug, just not so energetic this year.  Changes are coming in the new year so I’m hoping for some new energy.  I will be blogging throughout the holidays, whether anyone will be reading or not.  I’m really enjoying it, so if it is flowing out of me, I’m going to continue.

Sweet Dreams everyone, may you all get a good night’s rest before a busy Christmas Day!

I’m Frazzled Again.

  1. Hey don’t be upset, most important is to have kids safe and sound. If i understood good they are joining you two for New Year’s Eve ? If they are coming you can celebrate both Christmas and New Year the same day 🙂 .Some people in my neighbourhood do that when they don’t see their beloved one for Christmas. You should do the same 🙂 .
