You type in what you currently weigh, how much you want to lose, you type in whether you are very active, regular, or light activity and this program will tell you how many calories you should eat to manage everything. It is a simple calculation, once you know it, then we move on to the next step. For me I am 150 lbs. I want to lose 2 lbs a week which is a realistic goal. I am very inactive so I should eat less calories. The amount of calories I need to eat is between 1180 – 1200 calories a day to lose weight. Once I get to my goal I can increase the calories to between 1300 – 1500 depending on my activity level. Check out your ideals here…
