I am finally on my “weigh” to eating healthier. Each week it gets a bit better. Did you notice I said better, not easier?
I managed to lose three pounds this week. I hope I don’t find them again! I am still having difficulty sticking to my own healthy eating plan and have not yet been able to start exercising. Still, I was able to lose another three pounds just by cutting out more carbohydrates and eating less sugar. Imagine how much better I would do if only I would exercise!
My weight now sits at 143 lbs down from 150 lbs. That is a pretty good accomplishment. I still have not started drinking my quota of water each day. I’m only drinking two bottles of water a day, sometimes only one. I can use cold weather as an excuse, but not really. I drink water at room temperature.
Starting this evening I am going to do my Latin dancersize in the comfort of my own home with a video instruction. I love it but many times am too sore to exercise. I have tried a crème recently that really helps the pain so I’m putting it to the ultimate test tonight!

Next Monday will be picture day for one month in the same clothes as I originally wore. Hopefully I hit the 10 lb mark on pounds lost. I did go out shopping yesterday, bought a couple of blouses for spring so maybe that will give me an incentive to exercise this week.
