Jeeze, I can’t even remember what week I am on. I’ll have to check and get back to you on it. The important thing is, I am sticking to eating healthy.
Sooo…. I am very pleased with myself sticking to healthy eating. It’s been two years since I’ve seen 130 lbs on the scale. I’m getting close, I lost another two lbs. That puts me at 132 lbs. I just checked and it is end of week # 11. Next week I think I will do a comparison photo and become un-anonymous.
My food menu is pretty basic. I don’t cook very well, I don’t like to cook but I do eggs easily. Every morning is the same scrambled eggs and green beans, except this week I added tomatoes. I also have either all bran or shreddies cereal part way through the day. It gives me the iron and fibre as part of a healthy diet. I also have a couple of pieces of fruit through the day and supper time I usually have some sort of meat like roast beef, or turkey, along with a green vegetable and maybe a potato.
