Good morning folks, thank you for checking in. I have not posted anything for a couple of weeks. Chaos seems to be my middle name right now, from a flood in our rented storage unit to missing our cat for two days. He is back, safe and sound. I will post on my other blog on that topic, hopefully later this evening.
So…back to the weight loss, healthy eating lifestyle, management, cravings. “How has it all been going?” you might ask. Actually, I am still going strong. I haven’t eaten any junk food since Jan. 1, 2018. I am experimenting with subliminal hypnosis for cravings, among other things, lol! It seems to be working as I don’t have to fight the cravings since they have decreased substantially. If you want to know more about it, just leave a comment.
I am down another two pounds this week, although I am posting a few days late! I am now at 127 lbs. Seven pounds to get to my goal. I have not exercised for two weeks, but I am still toning up through subliminal hypnosis, believe it or not. It is pretty wacky this hypnosis, but it works (if you believe.) Subliminal hypnosis should not take the place of exercising because you certainly don’t get the heart work out from listening to it, but you do get muscle contractions. It isn’t my intention to let it totally over-take me, so I will get back to exercising, once I my life gets a little less chaotic!

I still have not taken the “after” photo for the before and after difference, it is on my list of things to do, so until then…
