Good afternoon to all. Thank you for stopping by. I actually missed writing a single post last week and I think I somehow mis-calculated the # of weeks I have been eating healthy. This is the end of week 16. I started out at 150 lbs on January 1, 2018. It is now April 23, 2018 and I weight 127 lbs.
I am quite pleased with the result. I am sticking to a healthy eating lifestyle. I have added subliminal hypnosis for weight loss and toning and I can’t believe it actually works. Although in the past 3 weeks I have only lost 5 lbs, I am down more than a size. I would normally be a tight size 7 at 120 lbs but with doing the subliminal toning I am wearing a size 7 already. I have lost about 4 inches off my waist I think. I really do plan on exercising along with the subliminal hypnosis because you need to give your heart a cardio workout. The flab on my arms is pretty unsightly. It actually looks like a mix of cottage cheese and shredded anything with all the wrinkles and bumps. Well you can’t have everything, or can you?
It’s time to start exercising to get rid of the flab and I will continue to do the toning with the hypnosis as well. I can actually feel the muscles contracting on some of the videos. But I have said it before, be careful what you wish for. I am going to do some review videos on the hypnosis videos I have been using. As I mentioned previously, I did a “remove unwanted hair” hypnosis and ended up losing 1/2 my eyebrows, hair under one armpit and hair on my legs and arms. I was only going for chin and underarms to start with. It didn’t remove the chin hair. It took a couple of weeks for it to start growing back, but softer. I felt safe enough to try the hair removal thing again, but this time I started losing my head hair. I will eventually do videos to show on my YouTube channel and my other blog, Theressomethingaboutnancy.blog. It will be a while before I get it done though. In the mean time I have stopped doing the hair removal videos but am doing body and facial toning.
Anyway, back to the weight loss. I do believe I am at the point now where I want to maintain. Originally I was going for 120 lbs but since I am at the size I wanted to be now I just have to maintain. If I lose more that is okay, but my legs are already the thinnest I would ever want them. It is my waist that I need to decrease and belly.
In a nutshell, I am done posting about the healthy eating lifestyle since I do believe it is a lifestyle now and I don’t have to try all that hard anymore, but I will try not to get careless.
I am still very busy trying to get the new store set up and maintain the old one until the lease runs out. I am overwhelmed with work but it should settle down in a month or so just in time for the busy hat season.
